I am so fired

So, catch up this: I am working now as a contact agent in a call center, the brand is CBS, it's all in english, I've been in trainning for like 1 week and this is the result...

Today I started my first round of calls I am on trainning so they are not that important, but I will tell you that out of like 30 call I received during the day I only understood like 10, two were so difficult that I don't even know what I did in the account, maybe I am going to get fired and ba bye Marc by Marc Jacobs portfolio!!
